Shouldn't the little planet reflect some light from the sun to the big one?

It's the detail that really make this piece so wonderful. The forests and mountain ranges on the planet, the perfection of cloud cover depth, I could truly believe that I was really looking out of the window on a promenade. And yet, it isn't alone. The scaring on the moon and the tiny dots on the night side that could be signs of civilization. And even the black of space isn't... well, black. Oh the detail on the nebula is gorgeous, the intensity not too high like in many others I've seen and yet it gives a definite sense of reality. This is a beautiful pic. I can say no more.
