    It’s time to start one of the biggest space contests on deviantart - and you should be a part of it!
    The prices are hot and the judges are all high qualified artists.

    What you have to do? Just create a science-fiction wallpaper!

    :bulletblue: Guidelines:

    - Category: Customization > Wallpaper > Science Fiction
    - has to be a wallpaper
    - at least three different sizes
    (FAQ #813: What screen resolutions are accepted in the Wallpaper gallery?)
    - must be your own work (no planet brushes, no asteroid resources, no NASA nebula photos … etc.)
    - must be a new deviation (date of upload after starting date of contest)
    - no collaborations
    - one entry per deviant
    - Please send a note with the link to =taenaron

    A New Age


    Yes it's Autumn again... time for me to break away from a boring daily routine and start doing some art again.
    This means a change in projects, mood's and priority's for me.

    Unfortunately I got rejected by the school I wanted to attend,
    due to the huge amount of students who wanted to do the same thing.
    I recently found a replacement for this school, this one will start in January,
    and will have a duration of six months.
    Until that time I'm planning to extend my knowledge and work on my portfolio.
    So if everything goes according to plan, you should expect some new work from me in the near future.

    This is a small crop of a personal piece I am working on at the moment.
    No name yet... just the crop... for now.

    is an animated matte painting with my good friend and fellow artist Akajork

    Slowly going insane

    Dear friends on DA

    A new school year...
    I started my new school 4weeks ago. I'm doing Aerospace Engineering. The school is 2,5 hours travel from my house.. meaning I have to travel 5hours a day and then I also have my homework. I have the feeling I am already starting to crack under the pressure.

    There I want to apologise for my in-activeness and for non being online much for some people. I am not sure if I'll finish this school it's really really hard.
