    Slowly going insane

    Dear friends on DA

    A new school year...
    I started my new school 4weeks ago. I'm doing Aerospace Engineering. The school is 2,5 hours travel from my house.. meaning I have to travel 5hours a day and then I also have my homework. I have the feeling I am already starting to crack under the pressure.

    There I want to apologise for my in-activeness and for non being online much for some people. I am not sure if I'll finish this school it's really really hard.


    Well let's just see how things go..

    How about you just move to that city? This will definitely be cheaper (money- and timewise). Or at least you could do your homework while travelling?

    like aeon said, you can move that city. Find a place to rent or go to a fraternity. The fraternity could be a bad choise if it's like the ones on the USA. In portugal i don't know how the fraternity works ...

    Doing your homework on the train ain't fun i belive.

    like the others say, moving to that place might be an option but then you have to be sure that you can handle it. Damn these hard choices. Anyways good luck with it.

    Hey man,

    I know exactly what you are going through and my god I seriously empathize, a few months of that and you are going to be a walking dead man, cos your body just won't take the tiredness or stress.

    But before jumping ship look in to moving closer to the uni or even taking up residence on campus, I ditched uni for similar reasons and damn do I regret it now :(

    Either way I wish you the very best and hope it all works out :nod:

    About moving yes.. m still waiting to see if this is the right school for me. And doing homework while m travveling well tried that... somehow i cant focus myself in the train...

    Indeed.. al of a sudden have to make a lot of hard choice.. quit the study and give up on something I've always wanted, and do another school... or suffer 4 horrible's years...
